EXECUTIVE PRODUCER
Barclay Wright
Born under the footlights, Barclay booked his first commercial at age 4 and never left the audition queue. By 15 he was training with the National Youth Theatre of Great Britain, juggling schoolwork with Shakespeare excerpts and cold-reads for BBC children’s dramas. The hustle paid off: a decade of on-camera credits and hundreds of casting rooms later, he was invited to the other side of the table.
At 23 Barclay relocated to Los Angeles to run pilot castings for network and streaming startups, pairing fresh faces with showrunners and learning exactly how agents, execs, and actors collide. He has since directed indie shorts, lensed fashion editorials, and advised sustainable brands on visual storytelling — experience that now powers the boutique agency he founded to merge artistry with strategy.
As Head of Agency, Barclay scouts emerging talent, architects bespoke career roadmaps, and brokers partnerships that let creativity drive the deal. His mantra is simple — talent deserves representation as agile and imaginative as the stories they tell.
